kyat10 Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may use the kyat10 platform. We do not permit anyone under 21 to use this platform. Funds in any account closed due to underage use cannot be withdrawn.

1.2 — One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any available funds or bonuses will be forfeited.

1.3 — Registration & Accurate Information

You must provide your real name and accurate details when opening an account. Any account found to have been opened with false information may be suspended or closed immediately. Players must keep their login credentials secure and must not share them with any third party.

2.1 — Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

kyat10 supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

• KBZPay — Minimum deposit 5,000 Ks
• Wave Money — Minimum deposit 5,000 Ks
• AYA Pay — Minimum deposit 5,000 Ks
• Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit 5,000 Ks

2.2 — Withdrawals & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Before submitting a request, players must have completed identity verification. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request. Please note that delays may also be caused by the bank or payment service provider.

2.3 — Financial Verification & Security

kyat10 prioritises financial security and may review withdrawal requests. If suspicious financial activity or matters requiring protection are detected, payments may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 — Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

At kyat10, you can get a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of x25 the bonus amount applies.

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus. Your balance becomes 44,000 Ks, and you must meet a wagering requirement of 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.
• Example 2 — Deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus. Your balance becomes 280,000 Ks, and you must meet a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks.

3.2 — Bonus Cancellation Conditions

kyat10 reserves the right to cancel a bonus under the following circumstances—

• If a player withdraws using a payment method other than the one registered after receiving the bonus
• If a player attempts to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement
• If the bonus is found to have been abused or obtained through deceptive means
• If it is found that bonuses have been claimed from more than one account

3.3 — Changes to Promotions

kyat10 may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. No promotion should be assumed to be guaranteed.

4.1 — Personal Responsibility

Players are responsible for their own use of the platform and must verify for themselves whether their activity complies with the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence. We are not in a position to provide legal advice.

4.2 — Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in the following conduct—

• Abusing bonuses or using arbitrage strategies
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or other malicious means
• Using an account that does not belong to you as if it were your own
• Carrying out acts related to financial fraud
• Spreading false information related to the service

4.3 — Account Security

Players must keep their account password in a secure place and must not share it with any third party for any reason. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

5.1 — Service Suspension

If kyat10 finds that a player has violated these terms, it may suspend the service and close the account without prior notice. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be handled in accordance with company policy.

5.2 — Service Downtime

The service may be temporarily suspended due to server maintenance, technical checks, or circumstances beyond our control. kyat10 is not responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

5.3 — Regional Restrictions

Our services are designed for players in Myanmar. kyat10 is not responsible for any legal issues arising from access from other regions.

6.1 — VIP Levels

kyat10 has 4 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Level progression depends on a player's gaming history. The cashback rate available at each level is—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP level changes will be announced by kyat10 and discussed directly with the player.

6.2 — Referral Commission

When you refer a friend to kyat10, you can receive 8% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to 10,000 Ks. In addition, you will earn 0.2% of your friend's valid wagers as a weekly commission.

7.1 — Data Storage

Information provided by players will be handled in accordance with kyat10's Privacy Policy. Data is protected with SSL encryption.

7.2 — Third-Party Sharing

kyat10 does not share players' personal information with third parties, except where required for financial verification, legal requests, or service providers that need it to deliver the service.

8.1 — Limitation of Liability

Gaming is for entertainment only and losses are always possible. kyat10 is not responsible for any consequences, losses, or personal issues arising from gameplay.

8.2 — Technical Failures

If a game is interrupted due to server failure, network issues, or problems beyond our control, kyat10 will determine how that game is handled in accordance with our policy.
